Canvas Integration
How does UniFlow connect to Canvas?
UniFlow uses our Chrome extension to securely read your Canvas data. The extension runs locally in your browser and syncs data to your desktop app. We never store your Canvas login credentials.
Is my Canvas data secure?
Yes. Your Canvas data is stored locally on your device and in your personal encrypted database. We use row-level security to ensure only you can access your data.

AI Features
Which AI models does UniFlow use?

AI Shield is a feature that detects AI-generated content in your writing and helps "humanize" it to reduce AI detection scores. This helps ensure your work remains authentic.
Are my documents used to train AI?
No. Your documents are processed by AI models for the specific task you request, but they are not stored or used to train any AI models.

Why isn't my data syncing?
Try these steps:
- Make sure the Chrome extension is installed and enabled
- Check that you're logged into the same account in both the extension and desktop app
- Refresh your Canvas page
- Restart the desktop app
How do I reset my password?

- Enter your email address
- Check your email for the reset link
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored in:
- Local storage: On your Mac for offline access
- Cloud database: Supabase (encrypted, secure)
